Light wind action today. 11 boats sailing. Sailing in Culmore Bay. Ciaran M going very well in the club laser. George G also sailing very well in his Solo. Nice to see Barry McN back sailing again. Bill and James J were easy winners in both races. Comhghairdeas!

Gareth and Richard G sailing exceptionally well. Light winds F2 maybe. Sailing in Culmore bay. Start at the slipway over to a mark downriver on the power station up to Harts, to Gilmores and back through the line. the last race was the other way around due to strong ebb tide. Kevin T had a bit of nightmare with the tide up at Harts – err, like many before and … many to come!

Good breeze today, racing in Culmore bay. Great to see Liam D and Ciaran M and Harry McI all out. Especially great to see Ciaran M racing. He has been awarded an LFYC handicap in the Laser of 1232. George G was going very well today in the Solo. That boat beats very well in a decent breeze. No change at the top of the fleet, congratulations to Ken and Davy! Anton H going well also in the Laser staying nicely in contact with the leaders. Ken and Davy somehow managed to squeeze the GP inside Anton H at the mark at the power station. Shoulda jammed the door earlier!

Racing in Culmore Bay. F0 – F3 Staring at the Slipway, over to the power station up to Harts back down via Gilmores.
Harry McI went out in his RS700 but capsized near the Oyster beds. She’s a damn tricky boat, Sir!
